When you fill out the contact form, we store your name, email address, company name if given, and whatever you write about your situation.
Purpose and legal basis
This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and assess a possible engagement. Processing is based on legitimate interest in responding to inquiries from prospective clients.
Retention
Contact form data is retained for up to 12 months, unless a longer retention period is required to carry out or document an engagement.
Where data is stored
Data is stored and processed on Microsoft Azure, with servers located in the EU/EEA (West Europe). Email forwarding is handled by Domeneshop.
Analytics (cookies)
This website uses Azure Application Insights to measure visits. It is configured without cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete data we hold about you. You may also file a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) if you believe the processing doesn't comply with applicable law.
